Harnessing Our Creative Genius

In this video I talk about what it means to me to embody creative genius. I share how I see creative genius as expansive and joyful, and how that experience of life signifies the presence of genius. I also talk about what may hold genius back. Ultimately, I seek to inspire us all to recognize and feel validation in the many forms of our genius, and to allow our unique gifts of creative genius to emerge and shine. Because genius is a quality that I believe we all have access to, and a quality that we are all possibly already embodying in our own unique way.

 In this video I talk about abstract painting as a process of discovery, whereby the artist endeavors on a journey of experimentation that brings forth fresh and unexpected style into the world. I share the ways I see the world as abstract, how I see abstraction working in painting, and I also illuminate some of the different approaches that I understand abstract art to be made from.
